Why is my invoice higher than my current staff count?

Per your contract, you are getting billed for every staff you enter in the system. The moment you save a new staff profile, an additional user gets charged to your invoice depending on your pricing structure. In order to avoid unwanted charges, please make sure that the staff you are entering in GeoH has gone through the whole hiring process and is ready to be scheduled. Any staff you delete will be deducted from your next monthly billing cycle.
