Why can't my staff check in?

There are a number of reasons as to why your staff might have troubles checking in:

  • Make sure there aren’t any active/open visits. They can only check in to ONE active visit at a time.

  • Make sure they aren’t clocking in too early. They can only clock in 5 minutes prior to the start of their shift.

  • Make sure they’re at the right location/address.

  • Make sure they have their location services turned on (found in their device settings).

  • Make sure the client’s location pin matches their address. Make adjustments by either increasing the service radius or making sure the pin is at the right address.
