There are a number of reasons as to why might have troubles checking in:

Make sure there aren’t any active/open visits. If there are, please check out of the active visit first and let your agency admin know. Unless your profile is set up to do so, you can only check in to one visit at a time.

Make sure you aren’t clocking in too early. You can only clock in 5 minutes prior to the start of your shift.

Make sure you're at the right location/address.

Make sure you have your location services turned on (found in your device settings).
