What should I do if my client is hospitalized or on vacation?

In this article, we’ll show you how to label your missed visits with reason so you can keep track of what happened during those days.

To provide a reason code for your missed visit:

  1. Select that missed visit and click View.

  2. Under the Admin tab, click the dropdown for Missed Visit Reason and select the reason as to why this visit is missed.

  3. Click Save.

Marking your visits missed keeps you organized and allows you to track what’s actually a missed visit.
