How do I deactivate and reactivate employee accounts?

Deactivating an Employee Account

1. Login to GEOH as an administrator

2. Navigate to the "Employees" tab

3. Click the row with the specific employee's information

4. The "View Employee" side page should appear

5. Click the trash can icon at the top of the "View Employee" page

6. Click the blue "Deactivate" button that appears at the bottom of the page

 

Reactivating an Employee Account

1. Login to GEOH as an administrator

2. Navigate to the "Employees" tab

3. Click the "Show Deleted" button at the top of the page

3. Click the row with the specific deactivated employee's information

4. The "View Employee" side page should appear

5. Click the trash can icon with the arrow pointing up at the top of the "View Employee" page

6. Click the blue "Restore" button that appears at the bottom of the page
