The EVV mandate requires you to check in and out at the service address of your client.
For iOS (iPhone)
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security, then select Location Services.
- Select the GEOH app, set Allow Location Access to While Using the App then turn Precise Location on.
When using GEOH , please make sure that you can see the location icon in the top left of your phone. See image below.
Android
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap GeoH. If you can't find it, tap See all apps. Then, choose GeoH.
- Tap Permissions.
- To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose Allow.
For location, please choose either of the two setting below:
- All the time: For location only. The app can use the permission at any time, even when you’re not using the app.
- Allow only while using the app: The app can use the permission only when you're using that app.
When using GeoH, please make sure that you can see the location icon in the top left of your phone. See image below.
