You can now track your clients' progression towards desired outcomes in GeoH. Here's how to set them up:
- Go to Clients and select your client. Click Edit.
- Click the Goals tab and click Add Goal.
- Name and describe your goal.
- Add strategies and tasks you want to measure.
- Select which Visit Type you want to add the goal too.
- Click Save.
After you've created the goal, simply have your staff clock in to their visit and log the client's progression! View accumulated data under the Goals tab in the client's profile!
