How do I select "Home" or "Community" to clock-in and out of GEOH?

The Ohio Department of Medicaid requires that the caregiver providing service to the client selects whether they are checking in/out from the client's home, or in the community.

This information is attached to the EVV transmission and used in the 837 file for submitting billing.

IMPORTANT: This is a system-wide change; all caregivers will now have to select Home or Community when checking in to a visit. This is important for ensuring proper claim details.
