How do I cover a shift when a staff is unable to make it to a visit?

If a situation arises when your scheduled staff is unable to make it to a visit, all you need to do is reassign a new staff.

  1. Go to Scheduling.

  2. Select the visit you wish to edit.

  3. Click Edit on the visit preview.

  4. Replace assigned staff. If they are only filling in for one visit stay on the Edit Visit tab, otherwise switch to Edit Series to update the entire schedule.

  5. Click Save.
