How do I configure pay rates for my staff?

  1. Click “Staff” on the sidebar and select the staff you wish to edit from the list. Click “Edit” on the preview.

  2. On the Edit Staff page and under the Visit Type Configuration tab, select the session type you want to configure the pay rate to.

  3. Enter the pay rate or overtime rate (if applicable). You can add their rates to other session types as well.

  4. Once you’ve made all desired changes, click “Save”.

When you run a report on caregiver hours, the configured pay rates will synch with the staff’s visits to reflect their total pay.
