Click “Clients” on the sidebar and select the client you wish to edit from the list. Click “Edit” on the preview.

On the Edit Client page and under the Visit Type Configuration tab, select the session type you want to configure the pay rate to.

Enter the bill rate. If client has other waivers, select the visit type and add in their bill rates.

Once you’ve made all desired changes, click “Save”.
When you run a report on client hours, the configured bill rates will sync with the client’s visits to reflect their bill total.
