How do I adjust the times on a completed visit?

If needed, you can adjust the times of a completed visit in GeoH.

1. Find the visit you want to adjust on either Scheduling or Visits.

2. Click View → then unlock the visit by clicking Unlock.

3. Provide a reason as to why you’re unlocking this visit.

4. Click Update Visit Times and adjust accordingly → click Update.

5. Go over the visit date and times one more time and make sure it’s accurate.

6. Click Lock.
