WHY ADD THE SCHEDULE UNITS CAP TO VISIT TYPES?
- The Schedule Units Cap will cap the "Billable Units" being transmitted in visits instead of using the times the caregivers will clock in and out.
WILL THE SCHEDULE UNITS CAP AFFECT AUTHORIZATIONS?
- Yes, the Schedule Units Cap will only show the units set up to transmit based on Scheduled Start Time and Scheduled End Time of visits.
DOES THE SCHEDULE UNITS CAP AFFECT BILLING?
- Yes, the schedule units cap will limit visit transmission to the "Billable Units."
DOES THE SCHEDULE UNITS CAP AFFECT PAYROLL?
- No, the schedule units cap will only affect billing. To determine the number of hours caregivers have worked and what they should be getting paid, use the "Operations Worklist" located in the Dashboard tab and the Payroll Report located in the "Reporting" section of the Agency Management tab.
