How do I add a new visit?

  1. Click the “+” icon next to Visits on the sidebar. You can also create new visits from the Scheduling page by clicking “+ New Visit” located at the top right of the calendar.

  2. Choose your client from the dropdown menu or start typing on the text field to search for a client.

  3. Select the service address for the client.

  4. Choose your staff from the dropdown menu or start typing on the text field to search for a staff. Add notes if needed.

  5. On the Schedule section, enter the start and end times and date.

  6. Select a visit type from the dropdown menu or start typing on the text field to search for a visit.

  7. Select the tasks associated with this visit.

  8. Click Save on the top right corner of the screen.
