How do I add a new staff/caregiver?


To create a staff profile:

  1. On the sidebar, click “Staff” and click “+ New Staff” located at the top right area of the screen. You can also click the “+” next to Staff in the sidebar for a quick shortcut.

  2. Input caregiver information. (If needed, you can input they pay rate per visit type by going under Visit Type Configuration → selecting the visit type → add their pay rate.)

  3. Click the “Security” tab and choose a username and password that is easy for the caregiver to remember.

  4. Click “Save”. This will automatically send their credentials to the phone number and/or email listed in their staff profile.

Make sure you have their correct phone number and email address. This is how they'll receive the username and password.
