How do I make a care plan for a client?

  1. After configuring your visit type and adding services to that visit, go to the Client Page and select the client.

  2. Click Edit on the client preview.

  3. On the Edit Client Page and under Visit Type Configuration, select the visit type for this client.

  4. Under Default Tasks, select the services you want to add to their care plan.

  5. Click Save.
