How do I increase the service radius of a client?

The service radius is the allotted area where caregivers are allowed to check in to complete their visit. In certain situations, such as clients in living in residential properties that cover a wide acre or the pin dropping at an inaccessible location, you can manually adjust the service radius to accommodate your staff. Note that only administrators have access to these settings.

  1. Go to Scheduling > Choose the visit or series you want to modify and click Edit. Make sure to switch to Edit Series tab to update their entire schedule.

  2. On the right side of the Edit Visit page, you’ll see a preloaded map. Click and hold any of the dots surrounding the client’s pin. Drag and hold to expand.

  3. Click Save when finished.
