How can I change the assigned visit type/waiver on a completed shift?

Did you accidentally categorize one or more of your clients under the wrong waiver? In GeoH, you have the ability to update those visits so you can successfully bill.

To update the waiver types in bulk:

  1. Go to Visits and filter by: date range, client, completed visits.

  2. Select all of the visits you want to modify.

  3. Click Lock/Unlock located above the visit list.

  4. Once the visits are unlocked, click Change Visit Type (also located above the list).

  5. Click confirm and lock the visits again!\

Make sure you lock the visits to automatically resend them to your aggregator.
